Yes. Our team wraps your piece for gifting at either showroom before you leave, at no extra cost.

What if it is not right once I get home?

Bring it back to either showroom within 7 days of purchase, unworn, with its original packaging, tags and the itemised invoice, and our team will exchange it for a piece of equal or greater value. Engraved, sale and offer pieces are not exchanged. ZIA does not exchange after 7 days, does not buy back pieces and gives no refund.
