Return and Refund Policy

For refunds (post-order delivery):

For products that have been exchanged, refunds or adjustments may take place based on the price difference (if applicable).

For orders canceled by customers before delivery:

• If the consignment has not been dispatched: The refund will be processed after verifying the order and the customer’s details.

• If the consignment has been dispatched: The product will be delivered back to our warehouse before initiating the refund process.

Refunds for cancellations are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days, but can take up to 14 days depending on the payment gateway or bank.

The company reserves the right to charge a payment gateway surcharge of up to 5% while initiating refunds for cancellations or returns.

If the company suspects fraudulent activity, such as bulk orders or payment-related fraud, we may require additional KYC (Know Your Customer) details from the payee. In such cases, the company reserves the right to:

• Process refunds within a maximum of 30 business days.
