Yes. All our pieces are crafted in 92.5 Sterling Silver, which is the global standard for pure and durable silver jewellery.
2. Can I buy from ZIA online?
No. ZIA is a walk in showroom brand and there is no cart or online payment on this website. Browse any design here, then pick it up at Dharampeth or Pratap Nagar. You pay at the counter and leave with an itemised invoice as proof.
3. Why buy silver jewellery in a showroom instead of online?
Walking in gives you what a photograph cannot:

Both showrooms are open 11 AM to 8:30 PM, all seven days, so a gift decided in the evening can still be carried home the same night.

Sterling silver may naturally oxidize, but this can be easily cleaned. Proper care,like storing in an airtight box and keeping it away from chemicals,keeps your jewellery shining like new.5. How do I take care of my silver jewellery?
