Return & Refund Policy

30-day return on unworn pieces

If you're not happy with your ZIA piece, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided:

• The piece is unworn and in original condition
• Original ZIA gift packaging and any tags are included
• The original invoice is available

What can't be returned

• Custom-engraved pieces or name jewellery
• Pieces showing wear or damage
• Pieces purchased on clearance or final-sale items

How to return

Walk into either ZIA showroom with the piece, original packaging, and invoice. Or WhatsApp +91 90755 12053 first if you need to discuss the case.

Refund timeline

Refunds to bank/UPI are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. Cash purchases are refunded in cash on the spot.

Exchanges

You can exchange any returned piece for another piece of equal or greater value (paying the difference). Exchanges are immediate at the showroom.
