Return & Refund Policy
1. Return and Exchange Policy
We offer a hassle-free 14-day return and exchange policy, applicable from the date of delivery of the product. To initiate a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging, with all tags, labels, and certificates still attached.
- The product should not show any signs of wear or alteration.
For product-specific return, exchange, and refund conditions, please refer to the product page for accurate details. Items that are ineligible for returns (due to hygiene or personalization) will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
2. Refund Process
For refunds (post-order delivery):
- Refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment within 5 to 7 business days after the returned item passes our inspection.
- In some cases, refunds may take longer due to third-party payment processors or banks. We will notify you once your refund has been initiated.
For products that have been exchanged, refunds or adjustments may take place based on the price difference (if applicable).
Please note: We reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges that do not comply with our policy.
3. Order Cancellations
For orders canceled by customers before delivery:
- If the consignment has not been dispatched: The refund will be processed after verifying the order and the customer’s details.
- If the consignment has been dispatched: The product will be delivered back to our warehouse before initiating the refund process.
Refunds for cancellations are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days, but can take up to 14 days depending on the payment gateway or bank.
4. Refund Processing Fees and Fraud Detection
The company reserves the right to charge a payment gateway surcharge of up to 5% while initiating refunds for cancellations or returns.
If the company suspects fraudulent activity, such as bulk orders or payment-related fraud, we may require additional KYC (Know Your Customer) details from the payee. In such cases, the company reserves the right to:
- Process refunds within a maximum of 30 business days.
- Report suspicious activities to the relevant authorities for further investigation.
5. Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are ineligible for return or refund due to hygiene reasons, personalization, or other factors. These items will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us at support@zia.jewelrywithin 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, provided that the product is unused and in its original condition.
