Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 14-day return/exchange policy from delivery date. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags and certificates attached. Product-specific conditions are listed on the product page. Some items, due to hygiene or personalization, are non-returnable.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5-7 business days after inspection. Delays may occur due to third-party processors. Refunds for exchanges may reflect price differences.
Order Cancellations
For cancellations before dispatch, refunds will be processed after verification. If dispatched, returns will be required. Refunds are generally processed within 5-7 business days, up to 14 days.
Refund Fees & Fraud Detection
A 5% payment gateway fee may apply for cancellations/returns. For suspected fraud, additional KYC may be required, and refunds may take up to 30 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
Items ineligible for return or refund due to hygiene or personalization will be specified on the product page.
Damaged or Defective Products
Contact support@zia.jewelry within 48 hours of delivery for replacements or refunds for damaged or defective items in original condition.
